od 1 800 € hrubého
A gross monthly salary of EUR 1,800 is offered for the duration of the probationary period. A semi-annual performance-based bonus of up to 30% of the employee’s six-month salary, depending on the achievement of agreed objectives.

O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Actively acquiring new clients and developing long-term business relationships;
Identifying new sales opportunities and market potential in Slovakia;
Building and maintaining cooperation with key clients of the company;
Preparing commercial offers and pricing logistics services;
Conducting sales meetings and business negotiations;
Responsibility for achieving individual sales targets;
Developing cooperation with existing clients and identifying areas for further growth;
Monitoring the quality of services provided to clients and reacting to their needs;
Cooperating closely with operational departments to ensure high-quality service delivery;
Supporting the implementation of new projects and solutions for clients;
Participating in business trips, client meetings and visits to company branches;
Cooperating with other No Limit structures.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Experience in B2B sales, in logistics, transport, courier, distribution or related services;
Strong motivation to develop sales and acquire new clients;
Ability to build business relationships and understand client needs;
Practical negotiation skills and confidence in sales conversations;
Goal-oriented attitude and independence in daily work;
Very good communication and organizational skills;
Analytical thinking and ability to prepare business proposals;
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Very good command of Slovak, enabling fluent business communication with clients;
Good command of English for internal communication — minimum B1/B2 level;
Higher education would be an advantage;
Readiness for business trips within the assigned area;
Active category B driving license.
