The Opportunity
As a Senior Analyst, Microsoft 365 Operations & Engineering, you will provide advanced operational and engineering support for Takeda’s collaboration, messaging, identity, and productivity platforms. You will resolve complex technical issues, support Microsoft 365 initiatives, implement service improvements, and contribute to the modernization of Takeda’s digital workplace.

Responsibilities
• Administer and support Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID, and related Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage platform configurations, tenant administration, service requests, and lifecycle activities.
• Diagnose and resolve complex messaging, collaboration, identity, and access issues.
• Support major incidents, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.
• Support mail routing, email security, transport services, Proofpoint, and compliance controls.
• Participate in Microsoft 365 projects, cloud migrations, service integrations, testing, and deployments.
• Identify opportunities for automation, scripting, and process optimization using Power Platform, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
• Maintain operational documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
• Collaborate with product owners, security teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
• Experience with messaging, email routing, cloud administration, identity management, and access controls.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is a must.

Preferred
• Microsoft 365, Security, Compliance, or Identity certifications.
• Experience with Proofpoint, email security, PowerShell, Power Platform, or automation technologies.
• Experience supporting global, cloud-based collaboration platforms in a regulated enterprise environment.
