We’re looking for a Senior Developer / Tech Lead / Architect who enjoys working hands-on while also guiding others and shaping technical direction. This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership — over architecture, code quality, and the growth of a small, capable development team.
You’ll play a central role in designing and evolving custom-built CRM solutions, working closely with product owners and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into clean, scalable, and maintainable systems. Beyond building software, you’ll help define best practices, mentor developers, and influence long-term technical decisions.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the design and architecture of custom CRM solutions and related systems
  
• Act as a technical mentor: review code, provide architectural guidance, and support developers’ growth
  
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate real business needs into technical solutions
  
• Take ownership of solution quality, performance, scalability, and security
  
• Establish and promote best practices in coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and documentation
  
• Stay hands-on, especially for complex, high-impact features and technical challenges
  
• Foster a collaborative, respectful team culture with open communication
  
• Support key technical decisions and help shape the long-term technical roadmap

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

What we’re looking for

Must-have experience & skills

• Strong experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core or later)
  
• Proven hands-on experience designing and building custom CRM solutions
  (preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM beyond basic configuration) 
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform / Power Apps
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns and system design
  
• Experience in a senior, lead, or guiding role within a development team
  
• Ability to balance hands-on development with leadership and mentorship
  
• Strong problem-solving mindset, able to think both strategically and pragmatically
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  
• English level B2 (spoken and written)
