O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Lenovo is building enterprise grade GenAI systems that go beyond pilots and demos—and we’re looking for an AI Agent Developer to help design, build, and scale those systems in production.
In this role, you will work on real world GenAI applications used by Internal Audit teams globally, including AI agents, retrieval augmented generation (RAG) knowledge systems, and advanced analytics automation. You’ll own solutions end to end—from architecture and prototyping to enterprise rollout—and help define how GenAI is safely, effectively, and responsibly applied at scale in a Fortune 500 environment.

This is a hands on engineering role with strong ownership, technical depth, and real business impact.

What You’ll Build
- AI agents and copilots that support audit planning, testing, and reporting
- RAG based knowledge systems combining structured data and enterprise content
- Data pipelines and analytics platforms that continuously assess risk and control effectiveness
- Automation workflows that replace manual audit activities with AI assisted processes
- Self service analytics and dashboards used by global audit teams


Key Responsibilities

GenAI & System Design
- Design, architect, and build enterprise grade GenAI solutions, including AI agents (Copilot Studio), structured intents and topics, intuitive user journeys, and integrations with internal systems, workflows, and content repositories.
- Design and govern RAG based knowledge systems, including embedding strategies, retrieval logic, accuracy validation, access controls, and content lifecycle management.

Data Engineering & Analytics
- Build and own end to end data pipelines using SQL and Python, covering data sourcing, completeness and accuracy validation, transformation, and preparation of audit ready datasets.
- Develop analytical models, exception logic, and automation scripts to support risk assessment, audit scoping, testing, reporting, and continuous monitoring.

Automation & Self Service Tools
- Create scalable analytics and automation solutions, including Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows, and Power Apps tools that enable auditor self service and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure solutions are transparent, repeatable, well documented, and suitable for use in a risk sensitive enterprise environment.

Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner closely with audit leadership, business stakeholders, and global teams to embed GenAI and analytics capabilities into the audit lifecycle.
- Act as a technical thought partner, shaping best practices, usage guidelines, and iterative improvements based on real world feedback and adoption.

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience building data driven or AI powered applications, including GenAI, analytics platforms, automation solutions, or intelligent internal tools.
- Hands on experience building GenAI applications, such as AI agents, copilots, or internal AI tools, including RAG based systems. Experience with Copilot Studio is a strong advantage.
- Strong technical skills in Power Bi, Python and SQL
- Solid data engineering and analytics capabilities, including data extraction, validation, transformation pipelines, exception testing, anomaly detection, and trend analysis.
- Experience with workflow automation tools, ideally Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business or audit questions into structured technical solutions.
- Fluent English, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and analytical insights to non technical stakeholders.
