O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Lenovo is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support the Internal Audit function with a strong focus on GenAI development, analytics, and automation. This role plays a key part in designing and operationalizing AI‑driven solutions that improve audit efficiency, insight, and scalability. You will collaborate with global audit teams, build enterprise‑grade GenAI capabilities, and deliver data analytics that enhance risk assessment and control testing. The position requires regular interaction with senior stakeholders across regions and may involve occasional international travel (up to 10%).

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and enhance Internal Audit GenAI solutions, including Copilot Studio agents, structured intents/topics, user journeys, and connections to internal systems, workflows, and enterprise content.
- Develop and maintain a robust Internal Audit Knowledge Base, enabling accurate RAG‑supported retrieval, consistent AI‑assisted outputs, and effective governance over content quality and access controls.
- Drive GenAI adoption across global audit teams through enablement materials, hands‑on training, onboarding sessions, usage guidelines, and continuous feedback loops to ensure sustainable integration into audit workflows.
- Develop data extraction routines, analytical models, and automation scripts to support risk assessment, scoping, testing, and reporting in Internal Audit engagements, ensuring accuracy and repeatability.
- Manage end‑to‑end data processes including sourcing, validation of completeness/accuracy, transformation pipelines, and preparation of audit‑ready datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools.
- Create scalable analytics and automation solutions such as Power BI dashboards, exception monitoring, red‑flag detection logic, Power Automate workflows, and Power Apps tools for auditor self‑service.
- Perform complex data analysis across large, multi‑source datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, trends, control gaps, and insights that enhance audit effectiveness and continuous monitoring efforts.
- Collaborate closely with audit leadership, business stakeholders, and global team members to embed analytics and GenAI capabilities into the audit lifecycle, support departmental objectives, and contribute to special projects as needed.

Position Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, MIS, Finance, or another quantitative or technology‑focused field; advanced coursework or certifications (e.g., CIA) are considered an advantage.
- 3–5 years of recent, hands‑on experience in data analytics, GenAI development, BI/automation, or related analytical roles supporting audit, risk management, finance, investigations, or technology teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in GenAI development, including building, configuring, and deploying Copilot Studio agents (intents, topics, user journeys) and enabling RAG‑based knowledge systems with governance, access control, and accuracy validation.
- Advanced technical proficiency with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, measures, optimization), SQL (complex joins, aggregations, reusable logic), and Python (data preparation, automation scripting, and prototyping analytical methods).
- Strong data engineering and analytics capabilities, including data extraction, validation of completeness/accuracy, transformation pipelines, exception testing logic, anomaly detection, trend analysis, and creating scalable, repeatable analytics for continuous audit monitoring.
- Experience with workflow automation tools, ideally Power Automate and Power Apps, for building reusable process automations, intake tools, and operational workflows supporting audit activities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), with proven ability to convey analytical findings to managers, senior stakeholders, and cross‑functional partners in a clear and structured manner.
- Strong analytical thinking and professional judgement, including structured problem‑solving, “data intuition,” stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to translate ambiguous audit questions into measurable analytics and actionable insights.
- Working knowledge of internal audit methodology is preferred, along with strong advantage familiarity with AuditBoard as IA’s audit execution platform; CIA certification is a plus
