Dutch-Speaking Partnerships & Market Development Manager

ATENA is a fast-growing international recruitment and staffing company connecting candidates from Central and Eastern Europe with companies and families across Europe.

We are looking for a native Dutch-speaking professional based in the Netherlands who will help us develop our business in the Dutch market, build partnerships and identify new opportunities.

This is an opportunity to become an important part of our expansion in the Netherlands and help us determine the best way to grow our business locally.

YOUR ROLE

You will work closely with our team to develop ATENA’s presence in the Netherlands.

Your responsibilities will include:

Communicating with Dutch companies, agencies and potential business partners

Contacting and communicating with potential clients in Dutch

Building and maintaining long-term business relationships

Identifying companies and organizations that could benefit from ATENA’s services

Exploring new cooperation opportunities and initiating contact with potential partners

Supporting negotiations and developing new partnerships

Helping us understand the Dutch market, customer needs and business environment

Providing feedback and ideas that can help us improve and adapt our business model for the Netherlands

Representing ATENA professionally when communicating with Dutch companies and partners

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a person who:

Is a native Dutch speaker

Has a good command of English, both spoken and written

Is confident communicating with companies, agencies and decision-makers

Has excellent communication and negotiation skills

Is proactive and comfortable approaching new people and businesses

Can think independently, identify opportunities and suggest solutions

Is interested in business development and building something from the ground up

Can work independently and manage their own activities

Experience in business development, sales, recruitment, HR, staffing, healthcare or client relations is an advantage, but we are open to the right person with a strong business mindset.
