OEM EMEA Account Project Coordinator, PMO

Lenovo’s Commercial organization is seeking an OEM EMEA Account Project Coordinator to support operational excellence within our OEM business. In this role, you will act as the primary operational point of contact for selected OEM accounts, ensuring timely execution of product transitions, smooth order management, and strong alignment with sales, supply chain, and fulfillment teams. You will collaborate closely with international stakeholders across EMEA and engage directly with customers to drive operational readiness. This position requires strong organizational capabilities, customer empathy, and the ability to coordinate multiple parallel tasks in a fast‑moving environment.


Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary operational focal point for assigned OEM customer accounts, ensuring alignment across all operational activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal meetings and contribute to customer meetings by representing the operational status and next steps.
- Track, communicate, and drive timely resolution of all operational issues affecting OEM customers.
- Manage day‑to‑day operational tasks including customer rollouts, delivery topics, and transitions for low‑complexity OEM accounts.
- Lead customer alignment on change notifications, ensuring accuracy of information and timely implementation of process or product changes.
- Identify and monitor critical customer orders, collaborating with Sales, Supply Planning, Fulfillment, and Global Supply Chain to secure timely execution.
- Support the OEM Project Manager by handling daily operational matters and contributing to RFP preparation where needed.
- Assist the wider OEM account team with customer‑specific initiatives including QBR inputs, CSAT support, and ongoing satisfaction tracking.


Position Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of relevant operational, coordination, account management, or process‑driven experience.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, problem‑solving methodologies, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Experience with supply chain, fulfillment, or customer operations in an international environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support customer‑facing interactions.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and cross‑functional environment with strong ownership and accountability.
