IT Vendor Governance Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking an IT Vendor Governance Manager to oversee vendor site audits and controls, ensuring compliance with both external and internal requirements. The ideal candidate will possess light technical knowledge, strong budget management skills, and the ability to track project budgets effectively, as well as prepare and present presentations to stakeholders. Experience in the banking, telecommunications, or card industry is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits and assessments of vendor sites to ensure compliance with internal IT standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor controls to manage risks associated with vendor relationships.
• Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure vendors meet performance expectations and compliance standards.
• Oversee vendor incident monitoring and management to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor services with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance.
• Assist in the development and management of budget forecasts for IT projects/ activities
• Identify areas for improvement in vendor performance and suggest actionable solutions.
• Prepare and present audit findings, budget reports, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Create engaging presentations to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT relationship management or vendor management.
• Basic technical knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in the banking, telecommunications, or card industry is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with IT audit processes, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with project management and budget tracking tools.
• Knowledge of SLA monitoring and incident management processes.
