Industry 4.0 Manager (Smart Manufacturing Digitalization)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and drive digitalization and automation initiatives across the entire plant. The “Manager – Factory of the Future” will play a key role in integrating existing and new technologies into one cohesive, efficient, and data-driven operating model across production, logistics, and support function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map the current state of digitalization, automation, and data flows
• Identify opportunities for improvement in Production, Logistics and other Departments 
• Design and implement a comprehensive “Smart Factory” concept
• Lead and coordinate complex cross-functional Industry 4.0 projects such as: Process digitalization and paperless workflows data integration (MES, IoT, systems connectivity), Robotics and advanced automation (e.g. cobots, AMR), Data analytics and performance dashboards
  
• Develop business cases, including cost estimates and value impact
• Actively drive and influence decision-making at the management level
• Track results and ensure measurable impact (productivity, OEE, cost)
• Collaborate with both global and local stakeholders
• Communicate and drive initiatives across the entire plant

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leadership
