Marketing Assistant

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As a Marketing Assistant (m/f), you play an important role to ensure effective collaboration within the broadly structured marketing team. Many of your tasks contribute significantly to strengthening cooperation between the marketing team and other departments (e.g., medical, procurement, finance, etc.), as well as with our external partners (PR agencies, online marketing and creative agencies, etc.). Your key responsibilities are:

• Copywriting: Create compelling Slovak and English and/or German content including press releases, social media posts, website copy, blogs, and case studies. Transform communication briefs into clear, structured, and impactful messaging across all channels.

• Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging events—both virtual and in-person—to highlight initiatives and strengthen community engagement.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with PR agencies, media representatives, journalists, portfolio companies, partners, and internal teams to ensure consistent and timely communication.

• Brand Messaging: Develop and maintain professional, consistent brand presence across all communication platforms.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Language Skills: Native Slovak speaker with fluent English and/or German (C1 level or higher).

• Copywriting Expertise: Demonstrated experience in producing Slovak and English (or German) content for press releases, social media, websites, and other channels.

• Event Management: Proven ability to organize and manage events, ideally within the medical or healthcare sector.

• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Additional Skills: Experience with video production and editing is an advantage. Ability to coordinate with startups, external agencies, and internal teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
