Specialist - Technical Assistant for Commercial Sector

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

1. The duties and responsibilities of the aforementioned position are:

 a) preparation of market studies and research for Brazilian products and services;

b) compilation of statistics, research, and other commercial intelligence activities;

c) support for the participation of Brazilian companies in local trade fairs and events;

d) ability to operate and execute activities on electronic systems linked to the Trade Section;

e) updating of the websites and social media platforms managed by the Embassy of Brazil in Slovakia, as well as government foreign trade promotion platforms and related areas;

f) use of word processing software, creation of spreadsheets, and utilization of trade databases;

g) bilateral monitoring of trade between Brazil and Slovakia;

h) monitoring of investment flows;

i) support for market research and the establishment of Brazilian companies in Slovakia;

j) support for attracting Slovak investments to Brazil;

k) support for activities of the Brazil-Slovakia Chamber of Commerce, when necessary;

l) execution of technical activities at the Chancery in the areas of international trade and economic issues, and other related relevant areas, such as Science, Technology & Innovation (STI), tourism, sustainable development, and others;

m) execution of administrative activities pertaining to the SECOM (Trade Section), such as maintenance of virtual and physical archives, maintenance of the sector's relevant contact directory, scheduling of appointments, sector fairs and events, and other related activities.
