Internal Controls Analyst - EMEA

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

The Internal Control Analyst supports the Nidec Appliance & Automotive Division goals by being responsible for mainly EMEA region in fulfilling J-SOX requirements as well as providing other value added services such as risk-based assurance and consulting engagements. Increasing value as a trusted business partner to the Company.

• Supports internal auditing in the process of maintaining internal J-SOX assessments,

• Performs Control Self Assessment, (CSA), User Access Review (UAR), Test of Design (TOD), Test of Effectiveness (TOE) to maintain a robust internal control environment;

• Creates, maintains and updates J-SOX risk and control matrix, support process and control owners to implement and execute key control points effectively;

• Checks and reviews company policies and standard operational policies according to plans or requirements to ensure their internal and external compliance and enforceability;

• Seeks to get more aligned and standardized processes across the whole group;

• Cooperates with third-party institutions in the field of internal control (including but not limited to internal and external audits) to complete smooth audit work, and conducted follow-up on audit findings;

• Other requests in terms of internal control.
