Business Unit Leader Automotive

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing one of our three production halls and reporting directly to the Production Manager. You will lead daily operational meetings for your assigned hall and coordinate activities not only with supervisors and team leaders, but also with supporting departments. You will represent the production hall, present its performance and results, and drive operational excellence across the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate production ramp-ups for new projects.
- Lead a team of supervisors, team leaders, and production operators to achieve agreed KPIs, including OEE and quality targets.
- Monitor, report, and identify root causes of deviations from approved KPIs.
- Support and initiate continuous improvement activities, including workstation optimization, material flow improvements, toolling enhancements, and effective utilization of human resources.
- Ensure smooth daily production operations and cross-functional cooperation.
- Prepare reports and performance updates for the Production Manager.
- Review and monitor documentation maintained by direct reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
