Junior QA (Automation - friendly)

We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer to help increase automated test coverage and reduce the need for manual testing. Your role will involve defining what needs to be automated and implementing tests using modern tools like Playwright.

What you’ll do:
• Run & improve regression and smoke tests for core CRM flows
• Write and maintain automated UI/integration tests (we use Playwright + TypeScript today — improvements are welcome)
• Reproduce, document, and report bugs with clear steps and context; collaborate with developers
• Create stable test data and realistic customer scenarios
• Reduce flaky tests and keep the test suite fast and useful
• Learn and grow into broader testing areas (E2E, performance, observability)
You’re a fit if:
• Comfortable with UI testing and validating integrations
• Know Git basics, can read logs and debug simple issues
• Basic automation experience — Playwright + TypeScript is a plus; open to other stacks (Python/JS/Java)
• Curious, communicative, and takes ownership

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Requirements:

• 1–2 years testing experience preferred (internships or personal projects count)
• Ability to understand test cases and execute them effectively
• Basic JavaScript/TypeScript; scripting is an advantage
• Analytical mindset; experience with JIRA is a plus
• ISTQB Foundation Level is a plus, not required
• Basic English required
