What you’ll achieve


As a Marketing Intern, you will support the Poland marketing team with day‑to‑day coordination and administrative activities, helping ensure campaigns and budgets are accurate, organized, and delivered on time. You will work closely with local marketers, agencies, and vendors, gaining hands‑on exposure to how marketing campaigns are executed end to end in a global technology environment.



You will: 

• Support daily marketing operations, including campaign coordination and tracking deliverables and deadlines

• Assist with basic budget tracking, accruals, and marketing spend updates in internal tools

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to follow up on inputs, approvals, and documentation

• Maintain organized campaign materials, records, and proof‑of‑performance documentation

• Learn and support compliance with internal marketing processes and approval workflows

Essential Requirements

• Slovak University daily student (Bachelor’s or Master’s program) in Marketing, Business, Mass Media Communication, or a related field

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance and support

• Good communication skills in English (C1), both written and verbal

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel) and eager to learn new tools
  

Desirable Requirements

• Good communication skills in Polish (B2-C1), both written and verbal

• Previous internship or project experience in marketing, administration, or operations is an advantage

• 2nd step: online video interview

• 3rd step: feedback and/or offer communication

Hourly salary:  7.10 EUR per working hour
