Daily Banking Specialist with English & Bulgarian

If yes, then you’re in the right place.We are looking for a Daily Banking Specialist who will act as a key contact for our corporate clients.

What will your role involve?

- Supporting corporate clients with technical and functional issues related to banking services (e.g. electronic banking) – analyzing the situation, proposing solutions, and ensuring effective resolution.
- Setting up new services and banking channels – guiding the client through the process and handling all related administrative steps.
- Processing client requests based on data investigation and analysis.
- Communicating in English and Bulgarian, primarily via email and phone, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Cooperating with other departments (including international teams) via internal systems – coordinating solutions and ensuring that all data is correctly gathered and recorded.
- Suggesting improvements to services and processes – we welcome people who think ahead and want to make things better.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
What do we expect from you?

- Fluency in English and Bulgarian, both spoken and written (Slovak is not required).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position – customer support, banking, or financial services.
- Basic understanding of banking processes and payment services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills – clarity, patience, attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- A responsible, flexible, and team-oriented approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a constantly changing environment.
