Operations Manager with possibility to grow to Head of Operations / COO

At ECTIVE, we’re looking for an Operations Manager who will run day-to-day operations, own execution, and continuously improve how the company works. We are a growing company of ~50 people, and operations here means making things work in practice - aligning people, ensuring capacity, supporting delivery, and removing operational bottlenecks.

You will take over a significant part of operational ownership from the CEO, allowing leadership to focus more on strategic growth. You’ll work closely with PMs, team leads, and leadership, and your success will be measured by how smoothly the company operates and scales, not by how many processes are documented.

This role is designed to grow into a Head of Operations position for the right person.

Your work will include

• Coordinating day-to-day operations across the company
• Taking ownership of an existing operational setup and improving it over time
• Ensuring clear ownership, follow-ups, and deadlines across teams
• Supporting capacity planning and resource allocation
• Working closely with PMs to support delivery and remove operational blockers
• Escalating and resolving risks before they become real problems
• Owning and improving internal tools and systems (Jira, Notion, dashboards, etc.)
• Close cooperation with the company’s CEO and leadership team

What we’re looking for

• At least 3+ years of experience in operations, delivery, coordination, or a similar role
• Strong ownership mindset — you take responsibility and close loops
• Hands-on approach — you’re not afraid to execute
• Experience with capacity planning or resource coordination
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and keep things aligned
• Background in IT, automation, or consulting is a plus, but not a must
• English fluency is required
