Junior GL Accountant

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As our Junior GL Accountant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting within our Shared Service Centre. Your impact? You’ll help maintain compliance with accounting standards, support audits, and deliver reliable data that drives business decisions. By working closely with stakeholders and leveraging your organizational skills, you’ll contribute to a more efficient and transparent financial process.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Independently manage general ledger accounting tasks.
• Record accounting transactions and perform month-end closing operations in line with company guidelines and legislation.
• Handle asset and investment management according to requirements and regulations.
• Provide support to internal and external customers, auditors, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or Economy (secondary or university level).
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role. 
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools; SAP experience is a plus.
• English language proficiency (B2 level).
• Positive, open-minded attitude with attention to detail and ability to adapt in a changing environment.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
