We’re searching for an experienced Bar Manager who will lead the team, maintain high standards of service, and help us elevate the SPIN experience. This is an opportunity to grow and push boundaries of innovative hospitality. 

Your Responsibilities
• Managing day-to-day bar operations
• Leading and training bartenders & floor staff
• Ensuring high-level guest service and consistency
• Overseeing stock, orders, inventories, and suppliers
• Maintaining cleanliness, systems, and standards
• Assisting in menu development and product selection
• Scheduling and shift coordination
• Representing SPIN with professionalism and a great attitude

What We Expect
• Previous experience as a bar manager or senior bartender
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Hands-on work attitude
• Ability to keep calm and organized during busy shifts
• Passion for cocktails, hospitality, and great service
• Reliability, responsibility, and team spirit
• English and Slovak required
