The Senior Consultant role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, has strong client relationship skills, and is eager to contribute to impactful projects. 

What will you do:

• Advise clients by providing relevant information about current market condition and tailor-made solutions to client needs.​
• Act as a point of contact in running projects within the Industrial Agency; negotiate, coordinate, and manage project at each stage; several projects simultaneously.
  
• Client management - maintain regular personal contact with existing clients and relevant business partners 
• Business development - win new potential clients, instructions, or projects or turn leads into deals
• Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Represent the company at client events and industry gatherings.
• Contribute to marketing materials, case studies, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Support your teammates and help grow our leasing and land scouting services.
• Business travel within the scope of the role required.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Qualifications:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in (Civil) Engineering, Economics, Real Estate or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in real estate or related sectors 
• Business winning capability with understanding of commitment to client service
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English and Slovak language
• Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
