Junior Sales Manager | Automotive Adhesive & EV Battery Systems

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

1. Position Overview

- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with automotive adhesive and battery manufacturers across Europe to secure and exceed revenue targets.

- Establish long-term strategic partnerships by aligning sales initiatives with the complex technical needs and rigorous quality expectations of the client.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain OEM/Tier 1 relationships

- Develop sales strategy and achieve sales targets

- Negotiate contracts and manage pricing/delivery

- Coordinate technical support for customer testing · Analyse market trends and competitor activities ·Report performance to management

- Manage key milestones (quality audits, validation tests, PPAP submissions).

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

1. Qualifications:

- Sales experience with global automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Materials Engineering, Business, or related field.

- Min. 5-year B2B sales experience.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Valid driver’s licence.

- Professional working proficiency in English is essential.

2. Preferred Qualifications:

- Multicultural team experience · Familiarity with technical and quality requirements.

- Knowledge of adhesive properties, compatibility testing, and quality processes.

- Proven professional track record in the Automotive or EV Battery sectors.

- Proficiency in an additional major European language would be a distinct advantage.
