Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking to recruit a corporate lawyer with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience (after the Bar exam), and with experience in corporate M&A work.

Our corporate team handles a number of M&A transactions each year domestically and internationally, with the mid-market forming the mainstay of the work we do in Slovakia. We act for numerous domestic and international corporate and institutional clients.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an excellent academic record and proven experience in the following areas: M&A, civil law, corporate law, contract law, property and real estate law, IP law, competition law. The candidate must also be able to create and deliver constant high quality client service whilst also considering client’s wider business objectives.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• At least 3 years post qualification experience in a comparable firm, specialising in M&A work
• Candidate should be keen to get involved in business development and help drive the practice forward
