Help us grow, improve sales, and make better decisions through data.

At MultiSport, we are looking for someone who can connect data with real business impact, helping us respond faster to market changes, improve sales decision-making, and increase the value of our portfolio while enhancing client satisfaction.

This is not a reporting-only role. We are looking for a true business partner who understands both data and business, and can turn insights into concrete actions that drive results.

What will you do:

• Turn client, portfolio, and sales data into clear, actionable recommendations for Sales and management.
• Identify growth opportunities (upsell within existing clients, new segments).
• Help increase the value of our client portfolio and improve sales efficiency.
• Analyze client behavior and help prevent churn.
• Identify process gaps (CRM, sales cycle) and propose improvements.
• Collaborate on the development of CRM and data solutions.
• Ensure high data quality for reliable decision-making.
• Support the Sales team with fast, on-demand analyses.

Who are we looking for:

• Strong analytical thinking combined with solid business understanding.
• Ability to translate numbers into simple, actionable insights.
• Proactive mindset – you bring ideas, not just execute tasks.
• 2 years experience with data tools (Power BI, SQL, CRM/ERP).
• Motivation to create real business impact, not just build reports.
