Procurement Sourcing and Contracting Specialist with German

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Support Regional HR, Finance, Legal and Marketing Category Strategies by collaborating with suppliers to increase Accenture's business value.
- Support complex sourcing exercises and lead smaller RFIs and RFPs in the delivery of the category strategy and market unit objectives.
- Support upfront market research and supplier identification for category projects.
- Negotiate and deploy Accenture contracts to agencies and suppliers, including best practices, metrics, and SLAs, in collaboration with the Business and the Legal department.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure delivery is aligned to procurement and stakeholder objectives and provide guidance on sourcing, project and contract management.
- Support the rollout of global/regional sourcing initiatives within ASG (including Local Country Addendum implementation).
- Perform supplier selection and negotiate commercial proposals with suppliers.
- Support sales & business development, spend & contract analysis, and category planning activities.
- Support the development of global end-to-end procurement processes, templates, and tools when applicable.
- Provide analysis for necessary sourcing activities to maintain the competitiveness of category contracts.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Bachelor University degree preferably in Economic or Technology area
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, contract negotiations and supplier management
- Advanced German and English language (B2+) and fluent Slovak language (C1+).
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to think out of the box and offer unique perspective to the client.
- Proven knowledge of Procurement methodology and sourcing execution with demonstrated success negotiating purchasing agreements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Desire to work in a multicultural environment of creative projects focused on solving the business requirements of the client.
- Independent, reliable and able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks appropriately.
