O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team and support business growth through lead generation and partner engagement. This role plays a key part in identifying and qualifying new customer leads, collaborating closely with Solutions Providers in the indirect sales channel to expand market reach and drive revenue.


Work time: 1:30 pm-10pm

Work mode: on site in Košice

Preferred location: Kosice and near by 

Start date: immediately


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospects and qualifies leads for recruitment of new customers, in partnership with Solutions Providers in Indirect. 
  • Identifies leads from outbound calling, marketing to target customers, and data analysis.
  • May update lead lists to reflect accurate customer contact information, address, and clients services available.
  • May utilize consultative selling skills to identify key trends.
  • Uncover customer needs and leverage industry knowledge and applications to find sales opportunities. 
  • Engages Solution Providers in conversations to determine their needs and assess if they are a qualified lead. 
  • Liaises closely with sales teams to build a pipeline of potential leads which are shared with Solution Providers.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review.
Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, document preparation, filing and other administrative functions.
Process Improvement: Assess processes for effectiveness by documenting sales processes and maintaining records for compliance and auditing purposes.
Advisory Role: Develop training materials, conduct sessions, and provide counsel and support within the functional area.
Technology Utilization: Utilize sales tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.​

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in both verbal and written communication.

Additional Information:

  • Business hours: US shift (1:30pm-10pm)
  • Position may require occasional travel and overtime.
