Help design how some of the world's largest warehouses will operate with autonomous robots.

Salary (brutto): From € 2000 /month based on experience and skills

What happens when a warehouse handling thousands of orders a day wants to automate? That's where you come in. You'll take real customer data — orders, inventory, SKUs and warehouse layouts — analyze how the operation works today, identify bottlenecks, and design how Brightpick's robotic solution could improve it. You'll combine data analysis, technology and business thinking to answer questions like:

• How many robots does this warehouse need?
• What would the optimal automated setup look like?
• How much productivity could the customer gain?
• What is the expected ROI?
• How should the solution change as the customer's business grows?
• You'll work closely with our Sales team and present your recommendations directly to customers.

What you'll do:

• You'll analyze real operational data including SKU catalogs, inventory, order history, warehouse layouts and processes.
• You'll use analytical methods and AI tools to find patterns, identify bottlenecks and understand how a customer's operation could be improved.
• Then you'll model how Brightpick robots could fit into their warehouse and design a solution tailored to their operation.
• You won't be analyzing spreadsheets in isolation.
• Together with a Sales representative, you'll join customer discussions, understand their challenges and present the proposed solution.
• The Sales representative owns the commercial process. You own the analytical and technical side of the solution.
• Over time, you'll become a trusted advisor who can take a complex warehouse operation and explain clearly how automation could improve it.
• Connect customers with our technology
• You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations to make sure we're proposing the right solution.
• You'll help customers understand exactly what they're buying — and help our internal teams understand what customers actually need.
• Use AI to work smarter
• We actively use AI to speed up analysis and eliminate repetitive work.

You'll have room to experiment with AI tools, automate parts of your workflow and develop better ways to analyze customer operations and design solutions.

We're looking for someone who:

• enjoys solving complex, analytical problems
• likes working with data and finding patterns
• can explain technical ideas clearly
• is comfortable interacting with customers
• can move between technical analysis (~80%) and business discussions (~20%)
• learns quickly and can work independently
• is genuinely interested in technology, automation and AI
• communicates confidently in English
