O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Research & product
Research, test and assess new blockchains, functionalities and staking opportunities from a technical, business and product angle in collaboration with different stakeholder teams
Explore different sources of yield, including DeFi and other yield-generating products
Track major protocol changes and coordinate the resulting updates to internal systems
Benchmark the staking product against indices and competitors; decide on adding or sunsetting protocols
Stay up to date with the industry through crypto projects and conferences
Business analysis & projects
Gather requirements and write PBIs acceptance criteria for the internal staking platform, test and validate newly implemented features
Maintain process documentation using BPMN, automate business processes for the Business Operations team
Manage staking-related projects and coordinate new staking product launches
Act as the bridge between business and technical teams (development, infrastructure), translating business needs into clear specifications
Participate in New Business Activity meetings and provide staking-related input on potential new business
Technical, automation & AI
Write Python scripts or any other programming language to extract data from various APIs and build automations using Power Query
Create and maintain Power BI reports
Leverage AI and agentic tools across software development, research and documentation
Monitor the staking infrastructure (nodes, payouts, validators, rewards APIs, etc.) and resolve issues; second-level validator monitoring
Operations & stakeholder support
Provide 3rd-level support to Client Management and technical support to Business Operations teams
Manage external infrastructure and data providers: contracts, migrations, invoices and support cases
Advise other teams on staking-related topics and deliver staking-related data
Risk, governance & compliance
Manage risk controls with periodic tests and maintain business continuity plans
Maintain staking policies, track incidents and follow up with responsible teams
Review and approve staking-related infrastructure changes
Co-create staking contracts and annexes

Online Personal Interview

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
What you bring along?
Solid understanding of cryptocurrencies, layer-2s, and blockchain infrastructure including nodes and validators
Good understanding of staking and the broader crypto and DeFi yield ecosystem
Proven business-analysis skills: requirements gathering, writing user stories/PBIs acceptance criteria, process modelling (BPMN) and UAT
Strong Python skills or any other programming language for data extraction and automation
Proficiency with Power BI (DAX), advanced Excel and Power Query skills
Hands-on experience using AI and agentic tools for business analysis, research and documentation
An analytical, hands-on mindset and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience with operational risk, business continuity and compliance processes (a plus)
Good communication skills
A self-starter who can manage multiple projects and work across teams (Operations, Legal, Compliance, Investment)
Fluent English; German is an advantage
