What you’ll be doing:
- Driving process improvement through standardizing, harmonizing, simplifying, and digitalizing B2B processes.
- Supporting digital tool implementation across preparation, testing, go live, rollout, and hyper care.
- Acting as PMO for medium and large transformation projects.
- Leading automation and AI initiatives and preparing related process and user documentation.
- Providing operational support for systems used by Customer Operations teams.
- Reviewing and updating B2B processes and maintaining process and work manuals.
- Supporting data migration activities and driving data cleansing tasks.
- Acting as first level Salesforce support and assisting with data analysis and dashboards.
- Maintaining Power Automate solutions and improving them based on user feedback and technology updates.
- Supporting Customer Operations with operational tasks across B2B Sales & Marketing systems.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Fresh graduate in 2026 (or in 2025) with Master’s or Engineer’s degree (Data Science, Economics, Business or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Very good communication skills
- Analytical skills & attention to details
- Customer centric mindset
- Team player
- Passion for technology (AI, IT tools)
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Slovak language – fluent in written and spoken
- English language - fluent in written and spoken
- Hungarian or German language is an advantage
