​Our client is an international manufacturing company with a strong global presence and a commitment to continuous improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence. We are looking for a Finance Systems Specialist who will act as a key liaison between Finance, Tax, and IT teams, helping to drive process optimization, technology adoption, and data quality initiatives across the organization.​

Job describtion


  • Analyze, document, and optimize finance and tax-related business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Act as a liaison between Finance, Tax, and IT teams, translating business requirements into effective system and technology solutions.
  • Support finance and tax transformation initiatives, including ERP-related projects and system enhancements.
  • Participate in process discovery workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to design future-state solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate process and technology improvement projects from concept through implementation.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and integrity of financial and tax-related data used for reporting and compliance purposes.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Deliver training sessions and promote the adoption of digital tools and automation solutions.
  • Support internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance-related activities.
  • Contribute to the organization's continuous improvement and digitalization strategy.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:


  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in finance systems, financial reporting, accounting, controlling, tax operations, or process improvement.
  • Understanding of finance and accounting processes within an international business environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience with financial consolidation or reporting platforms such as OneStream, HFM, SAP BPC, Tagetik, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with process mapping, business analysis, or project-based work.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, Power Automate, or similar tools is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
