Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable General Accountant to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full scope of accounting activities while contributing to the development of processes in a growing, international company.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, supporting reporting activities, and collaborating with different departments to maintain smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting activities across general ledger, invoicing, and reconciliations.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.

• Prepare financial statements in line with statutory requirements and IFRS standards.

• Assist with management reporting and group reporting packages.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure data integrity.

• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data.

• Communicate with auditors, tax authorities, and external partners when needed.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

• Work with ERP systems and maintain financial master data.

• Support continuous improvement of accounting processes.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Must have:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of:

  • statutory accounting,

  • IFRS (basic to intermediate level).

• English – intermediate to advanced level (daily communication).

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

 Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP systems.

• Exposure to audits or tax-related matters.

• Experience in international or shared services environment.

• Experience working in a dynamic or fast-growing company.
