We’re looking for a motivated team member to join us in a part-time, fixed-term role for 4 months on The position  -  Accountant. Main responsibilities will be:

• Financial accounting:
  • Posting of received invoices or any other relevant documents, including ensuring the circulation of these accounting documents,
  • Preparation and posting of Accruals.

• Other financial needs:
  • Complete administration of the accounting and financial part of the local ERP system,
  • Any other accounting/financial task based on management request.
  • Detailed chart and division of tasks within department will be maintained and updated by the line manager.

• Good user knowledge of Accounting programs (preferably SAP R3) and proficiency in MS Office with knowledge of MS Excel
• Good cost awareness
• Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to set procedures and deadlines
• Good effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Fluent (minimum B2 level) in written and spoken English and Slovak, any other language skills (e.g. German) are an advantage
