Electrical & Instrumental Project Engineer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• ​Preparing and executing new investments and operation modification including detailed timing and cost
• Managing and implementing configuration, purchase and integration of electro LV, HV and process control solutions for various applications
• Developing software and hardware design specifications
• Designing, writing, implementing, testing and documenting PLC and HMI software
• Installing, testing, and starting-up electro and control systems on-site
• Training Operators and Engineers on control systems
• Being responsible for budget, timing, execution and closing of projects
• Managing subcontractors
• Leading launch and testing activities
• Ensuring work safety and suitable working conditions for subcontractors´ workers as well as all employees performing the work in the project execution area
• Controlling labor discipline and monitoring work results of all employees performing the work in the project execution area
• Being responsible for preparation and application for all necessary construction permits
• Planning budget, timing and new ideas for the next investment (financial) years
• Cooperating with other teams as regards maintenance and energy management issues related to projects
• Reporting to the Project Manager / Engineering Manager

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• ​University education - Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems or Instrumentation or equivalent combination of education and technical experience
• Excellent understanding of electro LV, HV and software design practices
• Previous working experience with E/I instruments and PLCs, experience in designing E/I electrical wiring and switchboards and programming control systems with emphasis on PLCs
• Experience with control system networking technologies and PC networking, with installing, testing, and launching of I/E systems and control systems on-site
• Solid understanding of computer programming and software development
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex system tests
• Knowledge of and familiarity with the National Electric Code (NEC) and international standards
• Process management skills
• Active knowledge of English language
• Advanced PC user (MS Office, SAP, AutoCAD, Inventor, MS Projects…)
• Driver license B
