Management Controller

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Finance team. This role combines treasury responsibilities with management controlling activities and plays a key part in ensuring financial stability and accurate reporting across the company.

Key responsibilities:

Treasury:

• Oversee daily cash flow and manage bank accounts

• Ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations

• Perform detailed daily and monthly bank reconciliations

• Develop short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts

• Prepare accurate and timely treasury reports for management

• Perform intercompany reconciliations and execute set-off agreement.

Management controlling:

• Prepare manual invoice requests to customers and suppliers

• Control and manage customer debit notes (ownership of database, communication with Logistics and Quality departments, follow-up activities, etc.)

• Post monthly and annual closing entries

• Prepare all financial statements required for monthly reporting

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in forecasting, treasury.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
