Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

• conduct in-depth market and competitor analyses to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities

• translate market insights and customer feedback into clear, actionable product requirements

• continuously monitor the competitive landscape with a sharp analytical focus

• identify new business opportunities and provide data-driven support for strategic decision-making

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management

• define and implement comprehensive product strategies aligned with company objectives

• manage and optimize the full product lifecycle from initial market introduction to final phase-out

• drive continuous product enhancements based on direct market and customer feedback

• ensure a balanced and profitable product portfolio (utilizing framework principles like the BCG matrix).

• contribute to pricing strategies in close collaboration with sales leadership, and support the preparation of technical and commercial offers for projects and tenders.

Requirements Management

• define, document, and align product requirements and technical specifications with both customers and internal teams.

• ensure implementation of requirements within development processes, and coordinate tracking across multiple projects.

Go-to-Market & Product Launch

• lead product development and engineering change projects successfully up to the Start of Production (SOP).

• ensure proper and accurate master data management throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• enable sales and support teams by delivering high-quality product training and comprehensive documentation.

• monitor product launches and analyse performance metrics to identify and execute optimization potential.
