You will help shape how Danfoss manufactures the technologies that power a more sustainable world. In this global role, your work directly strengthens safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance across our production sites.

By leading footprint, automation, and technology projects, you enable smarter, more scalable manufacturing setups aligned with customer demand and our LEAP2030 strategy. Your impact is visible on the shop floor and felt across our global operations.

You will work with highly technical products, modern manufacturing systems, and passionate colleagues worldwide—turning strategy into reliable, best‑in‑class production.

• Lead global manufacturing projects across footprint, automation, and technology transfer to deliver measurable improvements in SQDC performance.
• Drive development and upgrades of assembly and test lines, increasing automation, stability, and production efficiency.
• Standardize manufacturing processes across global plants to enable scalable, repeatable, and cost‑effective operations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional, international teams and suppliers to align stakeholders and execute projects smoothly from concept to implementation.
• Challenge and improve existing setups, using data and structured project methods to enable continuous improvement.
• In this job, travelling up to 20% is required

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Proven experience in project management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of assembly and testing processes in production settings.
• Experience working with automation or manufacturing process improvements.
• Ability to lead and coordinate global, cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.
• Professional English communication skills and a hands‑on, operational mindset.
