For our client, we are seeking a dynamic Aftersales Manager to take full ownership of the Mechanical Workshop. This is not just an administrative role; it is a vital combination of operational leadership, process optimization, and proactive business development. We are looking for a true leader—a "psychologist" who earns respect on the shop floor with mechanics, but acts as a professional partner to top management. Your main mission will be to modernize outdated processes, increase service efficiency, and drive customer retention.

• Team Leadership (24+ FTEs): Managing mechanics, service advisors, and a team of spare parts/warranty specialists. You are the mentor, the motivator, and the bridge between the frontline and management.

• Process Modernization: Identification of process gaps followed by the design and implementation of effective solutions to modernize workflows

• Business & Marketing Drive: Proactively seeking ways to increase service traffic and efficiency through active customer engagement.

• Operations & Compliance: Overseeing daily workshop life, equipment maintenance, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and brand quality standards.

• Conflict Resolution: Acting as a diplomat in complex customer claims or internal team disputes.

• Reporting & Strategy: Analyzing KPIs and service indicators to provide clear reports and actionable growth plans for executive management.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in a management role. Automotive background is a significant advantage, but we are open to strong process-oriented managers from other industries.

• The "Leader" Personality: You must be a pragmatic "operationalist" who isn't afraid to go into the workshop, but also a skilled diplomat who can navigate board-level discussions.

• English Language:Must-have (Active B2/C1) – used daily for international projects and meetings.

• Skills: Strong analytical thinking, the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, and a "can-do" attitude toward fixing outdated systems or new projects which support increasing the turnover

• Driving License: Category B.
