What You'll Own

1. HR Service Delivery & Process Excellence
> Lead and optimize core HR processes (e.g. payroll, time management, workforce data) across your region.
> Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with local labor laws and corporate standards
> Resolve service-related issues and drive continuous improvement through digitalization and training initiatives

2. Payroll Compliance & Support
> Support governance and compliance for country-specific payroll operations
> Conduct audits and stay ahead of regulatory changes to ensure payroll accuracy and legal alignment

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
> Collaborate with external service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality HR service delivery
> Act as the go-to contact for change requests and service enhancements in your region

4. HR Systems & Change Management
> Manage and validate system change requests in line with business and legal requirements
> Coordinate system updates, testing, and documentation with HR IT and local teams
> Oversee SAP Payroll access rights and conduct regular audits

5. Governance & Risk Mitigation
> Implement key controls to safeguard HR data, ensure GDPR compliance, and reduce operational risks
> Maintain up-to-date process documentation and support governance initiatives led by the HR Operations Manager
