Area of responsibility

We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team from Global Business Services (GBS) office in Nové Zámky, Slovakia.

The Customer Service Specialist delivers exceptional customer support and drives operational excellence. In this role, you will manage enquiries, orders, and requests with accuracy and professionalism; collaborate closely with global teams; maintain data integrity; and provide timely solutions that elevate customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own customer interactions end-to-end – responding promptly and accurately to queries to sustain high satisfaction levels in writing and on the phone.

• Support sales activities for assigned accounts using our ERP system (e.g., customer master data management, order entry and tracking, price list maintenance; delivery coordination).

• Process debit/credit orders & Account Overview and manage all related documentation, keeping complete, compliant records of communications and transactions.

• Contribute to continuous improvement, spotting opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Handle CRM requests (general questions, availability checks, price conditions, complaints), ensure professional follow-up, and coordinate escalations to colleagues or other departments when needed.

• Guide customers on digital tools such as eCatalog and eShop to ensure smooth navigation and usage.

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Controlling, Accounting, Logistics, and Warehouse to resolve enquiries efficiently.

• Provide EMEA support, sharing knowledge and acting as backup during holidays or absences.

• Pitch in locally on business-support duties as needed (e.g., export management, sales operations).

• Order Management: Monitoring open orders and proactively informing customers about delays, confirmation accuracy, backlog, overdue orders.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Fluent English B2 (written and spoken) and clear, professional communication skills. 
  The Polish, German or another EMEA language is very welcome.

• Customer-centric mindset with strong ownership, problem-solving, and follow-through.

• ERP & CRM proficiency (experience with order management, master data, pricing; familiarity with common platforms such as Service Cloud or Oracle EBS)

• Data integrity focus and meticulous documentation habits.

• Collaboration skills and comfort working across time zones and functions.

• Organizational agility to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with eCommerce customer tools (eCatalog/eShop).

• Exposure to export processes or sales operations.
