• Assist the Learning and Development team in organizing in-person training sessions, including venue bookings and travel arrangements.
• Work with the Global Mobility team to review and submit immigration paperwork, ensuring smooth transitions for international talent and other ad hoc admin tasks.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team by Interview scheduling.
• Assistance with other administrative tasks up on request.

• Commercial education or equivalent, with 2+ years in a similar role in an international environment.
• Experience working in remote, international teams.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Canva and collaboration tools.
• Excellent English skills; German is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented, resilient work style.
