Currently, we are looking for a detail-oriented and systematic colleague to join our Shared Service Center team as a Payroll Administrator supporting German clients. This role focuses on payroll data processing, administrative coordination, and communication with German authorities and internal teams.
We want YOU to help US with these activities:
• Enter and transfer payroll and HR data between internal systems,
• Check the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of entered data,
• Update system data based on provided documentation,
• Prepare and electronically submit filings and reports to the relevant German authorities,
• Work with electronic portals and public administration systems in Germany,
• Record completed tasks and monitor confirmations of submission receipt,
• Resolve potential discrepancies in cooperation with the Payroll Accountant,
• Provide administrative support to the team in daily operations,
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, control procedures, and statutory deadlines.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail,
• Responsible approach to deadlines and strong sense of ownership,
• Ability to work accurately according to instructions and internal procedures,
• Logical, analytical, and systematic thinking,
• Strong orientation in working with data,
• Experience working with internal systems (e.g., JIRA) or databases is an advantage,
• Education in Economics or Administration is an advantage,
• Previous experience in an administrative or back-office role is welcome,
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes,
• Team-oriented mindset and open communication.
