For our client, an international B2B platform establishing its European hub in Slovakia, we are seeking a key professional. The company operates an innovative digital platform that influences the supply chain in the wholesale food and goods segment.
The person we are looking for will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through strategic market analysis and relationship-building initiatives, with the goal of expanding the platform's user base.
Key responsibilites:
Market Research and Trends: The candidate will conduct thorough research on potential markets and industry trends with the aim of discovering untapped revenue streams
Client Profiling: The candidate will develop comprehensive profiles of potential clients that align with the company's growth objectives
Contact Initiation: The scope of work includes initiating meaningful contact with decision-makers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking events
Platform Value Proposition: To create compelling value propositions tailored to specific client needs, emphasizing the digital advantages and efficiency of the platform
Expansion Strategy: To actively contribute to the development of effective strategies for expanding the company's market presence and establishing the brand in new sectors
European Team Support: The candidate will be part of the pan-European Business Development team and will receive full support from colleagues and management in executing expansion strategies

Experience: Demonstrated experience in Business Development, market research, or in an acquisition-focused sales position, ideally with an understanding of digital B2B platforms or e-commerce
Languages (Essential): Fluent English (C1/C2 level) is mandatory. Any other European language is a significant asset for market development
Mindset: The ideal professional will be able to think strategically, identify market gaps, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented expansion environment
