Base Gross Monthly Salary: Starting from 1890 EUR per month Commission: 30% of total on-target earnings On-Target Earnings (OTE): Starting from 32400 EUR per annum Higher earnings possible based on performance.

O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
The team member will interact with Customers (50%), internal customers (e.g. pricing, contracting, supply chain – 25%) and Sales teams external (25%). The role is instrumental for increasing our Sellers efficiency and focus on our customers, with direct sales efforts with defined customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Contract Management
- Direct Sales efforts with defined customers
- Proposal and Price Quotes Creation
- Supply chain - update information to customers as defined with sales
- Solution Design / Configuration
- Process Education and New Tools Testing
- Escalations and prioritization with aligned functions as Pricing, Supply Chain, Product management, Finance, Channel…
- Audit ready documentation creation and storage maintenance
Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Written and verbal English language, additional European language skills are an advantage
- At least 2-3 years experience in Customer Service service, back office, sales or sales support
- Strong PC Background (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Escalation Management experience
- Facilitation and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to manage multiple concurrent tasks / projects / priorities
