Within one month, you will…

• Connect with key members across the Professional Services team
• Start contributing to documentation by bringing in a fresh perspective
• Shadow system engineers on customer project deliveries
• Get familiar with our technology stack, architecture, and deployment processes

Within three months, you will…

• Provide technical input in project discussions
• Assist with adapting our deployment tools based on project requirements
• Help troubleshoot and test deployments
• Take on technical support tasks in active projects under supervision

Within six months, you will…

• Confidently handle smaller technical tasks within customer deployments
• Create and update internal technical documentation
• Suggest improvements to deployment tools and internal workflows
• Support testing activities

Within one year, you will…

• Independently manage parts of the deployment process
• Become a reliable technical support contact for the project team
• Assist in solving customer-reported technical issues
• Help translate customer feedback into product or process improvements

Qualifications:

• Responsible approach to work, ability to work independently
• Analytical approach to solving complex problems, ability to clearly describe the situation and suggest a solution strategy
• Excellent technical verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn
• University education in technology area
• Flexibility and willingness to travel on short business trips (EMEA Travel ~20% of time)

Techstack (you are not required to have experience with all):

• Operating Systems (RHEL, Rocky)
• Databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL)
• Networking (CCNA Level)
• Virtualization and Cloud (VMWare, Proxmox, AWS)
• Observability (OpenTracing, Grafana, ELK)
• Automatization (Ansible, Terraform)
