As our organization continues to evolve through new customer programs, increasing automation and operational transformation, we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to become a key member of our leadership team.

This is not a role focused on maintaining the status quo.

We are looking for a leader who can challenge existing practices, drive operational excellence, improve cross-functional cooperation and help shape the future of our Supply Chain organization.

Your responsibilities :
- Lead and develop the Supply Chain organization
- Oversee Production Planning, Customer Service, Logistics and Warehouse Operations
- Ensure smooth material flow from suppliers to production and customers
- Drive inventory optimization and supply chain performance
- Support successful launches of new customer programs and projects
- Improve operational discipline, processes and KPI performance
- Build strong cooperation across Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing and Finance
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions
- Act as a member of the plant management team and contribute to strategic decision making

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Mandatory requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Manufacturing within the automotive industry
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and organizational performance
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP
- Proven experience in Production Planning, Customer Service, Logistics and Warehouse Management
- Experience leading organizational change, process improvement or transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
