O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
•Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (NetWeaver, S/4HANA, etc.).
•Support system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
•Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
•Collaborate with infrastructure teams on database and OS-level tasks.
•Ensure compliance with security standards and backup procedures.
•Document processes and provide technical support to end-users

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
•Basic understanding of SAP Basis concepts and system architecture.
•Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Windows) and databases (Oracle, HANA, or SQL).
•Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively with customer teams and internal stakeholders.
•Willingness to attend our Bratislava office 1-2 times per week (this is a hybrid role solely tied to Bratislava office location)
•English language proficiency at upper intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level
•Slovak language proficiency at upper intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level
•Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
