Project Manager - Logistics (maternity leave contract)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of IT tools and solutions within our Customer Fulfillment and Logistics organization. This role is critical in driving digital transformation, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration of technology into our logistics and fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives in logistics and fulfillment, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, procurement, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct thorough assessments of current systems and identify opportunities for improvement through technology.
- Evaluate and recommend IT tools and platforms that align with business goals and logistics strategies.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Facilitate change management and training programs to support adoption of new tools.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Logistics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or IT implementation.
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
