Who we are looking for
- We are looking for a Junior or Medior Graphic Designer who enjoys working with visuals across digital and print channels and wants to grow in a real product-focused environment. In this role, you will support the creation and maintenance of our visual assets and gradually take more ownership over graphic and UI design tasks related to our products, marketing, and brand.
What you will be doing
- Assist with creating web banners, social media visuals, and other marketing-related graphics.
- Prepare print materials such as business cards, banners, flyers, and other promotional assets.
- Create brand and promotional materials including presentations, merchandise visuals, and campaign graphics.
- Work in Figma and collaborate with the team on maintaining visual consistency across products and marketing outputs.
- Support the execution of marketing deliverables and ad-hoc design requests.
- Collaborate on developing and maintaining our visual identity and applying it consistently across all design outputs.
What we are looking for in you
- A portfolio showcasing graphic or UI-related work for digital products (school, personal, or commercial projects).
- Experience with both digital and print design in the field of digital products.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Basic experience with Figma and willingness to deepen UI-related skills.
- An eye for detail and a sense for visual consistency and branding.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Motivation to learn, grow, and gradually take more responsibility.
How we work
- We work in small teams - yours will consist of one senior designer, but you’ll collaborate closely with all departments.
- Core hours are 10:00 - 16:00. Outside of these hours, it’s up to you when you work.
- We are mostly on-site, but if you want, you can also work from home twice a week.
- We don’t play titles. Everyone knows their role, and when something doesn’t work, we talk openly - informal but professional.
Benefits that truly matter
- Employee stock options - a share in the company you are helping to grow
- Flexible cooperation model - internal or external engagement based on your preference
- Hybrid mode - we can meet online twice a week
- Extra time off - additional days of vacation between Christmas and New Year’s
- Professional development - we’ll support the learning method you prefer (courses, books, trainings, etc.)
- Burrito Fridays - yes, burritos every Friday, covered by the company
- Team-building events - at least four times a year, enjoyable for the whole team and their families
- VR, darts, and calcetto - we play daily, and occasionally organize friendly tournaments
- In-office massages - because eight hours at a desk can take its toll
- Shower and locker room - ideal if you bike to work or run in the mornings
- Pet-friendly office - if your dog is your creative supervisor, they’re more than welcome
- Sabbatical after 3 years- take time off to recharge without guilt
- and on top of all that, you’ll have access to parking, too.
What to expect in the process
- A brief introductory phone call.
- Video interview - focused on your skills, experience and portfolio.
- Final round - meet the team and discuss how we’d work together.
- We’ll make an offer if it clicks. No drawn-out process, no ghosting.
