People Analytics Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
As an Analytics / AI Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and impact of AI across UNIQA. You will design and maintain analytics solutions, track transformation KPIs, and enable data-driven decision-making for leadership. Your work will bridge business needs with data and AI solutions, supporting organizational design, workforce planning, and the development of AI-driven tools and agents.

Your responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI to monitor AI usage and adoption.
• Define and track KPIs for AI transformation success.
• Implement impact tracking for productivity, quality, and workforce effects.
• Conduct analytics on role distribution, productivity, and transformation impact.
• Support Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) with data-driven insights.
• Quantify workforce implications of AI ambitions.
• Develop analytics layers for transformation steering (usage, impact, progress).
• Provide clear insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Design and implement AI-driven agents/tools for role impact analysis and operating model changes.
• Automate decision support for managers (e.g., role changes, org redesign). & develop agentic solutions to support ai transformation
• Business–Data/AI Bridge
• Translate business transformation needs into analytics and AI solutions.
• Align closely with People/HR, Data & IT, and AI transformation teams.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Bachelor in Statistics, IT, Business intelligence or Data Science or 2-3 years of experience in Data & AI Role
• Experience with People Data is an advantage
• Advanced Analytics & Data Skills
• Strong data analysis and KPI design capabilities.
• Experience with building dashboards (e.g. Power BI or Tableau)
• Experience with Databricks is an advantage
• Proficiency in impact measurement and data storytelling
• Ability to turn data into actionable management insights.
• Business & Transformation Understanding
• Understanding of business processes and productivity levers.
• Ability to connect AI use cases to real business impact.
• Knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, and operating model changes is an advantage
• First Experience or strong interest in AI use cases (especially agents and automation).
• Ability to define meaningful transformation KPIs to track business impact end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder and translation skills are essential, with the ability to bridge HR and business needs with Data and AI teams and to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders in steering and executive contexts.
