Manufacturing Engineer (CNC / Prototype Production)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Prepare production processes for low-volume and prototype manufacturing
• Program and optimize 3–5 axis CNC machining
• Develop technological procedures and production cost estimates,
• Collaborate on tooling and fixture design
• Support introduction of new products into production
• Positive mindset with the ability to align technical decisions and daily activities with the company’s long-term strategic goals.
• Automation-oriented and solution-driven, focused on continuous improvement and manufacturing optimisation.
• Ensure machining processes are stable, efficient, and scalable
• Prepare prototypes for smooth transition into serial production
• Have an understanding of quick-change setup solutions
• Have an understanding of how setups can be standardised and transferred into serial production
• Maintain alignment with planned production timeframes
• Proactively communicate delays or technical risks to Planning team/Team Manager
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Solution-oriented approach

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in CNC machining and production preparation
• Proficiency with multi-axis CNC machines (3–5 axes)
• CAD/CAM knowledge (e.g., SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Mastercam)
• Technical problem-solving skills, self-reliant
• English – intermediate (B2) technical level
