Senior IT project manager in Bratislava

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Within your personal scope of duties, you will be responsible for the following issues:
· Set-Up and planning of projects (structures, organizations, phases, resources, budget, risk-mgmt. & reporting) according to PMI- & Agile-related methodologies
· Supporting or leading tasks & activities in Agile environment with certification as a Scrum Master or/and Product Owner
· Setting up project management office and steer all project related activities
· Plan and coordinate SAP data migrations and cutover for selected rollout companies
· Support driving the strategy to migrate data from original system into the central ERP environment
· Responsible for steering and controlling of migration activities and results according to prepared plan
· Align and communicate all activities between central and local migration teams and establish strong working relationship
· Define and manage migration scope
· Consolidate migration concept and coordinate review
· Define and steer migration deliverables for ERP projects
· Monitor and steer input delivery before migration runs
· Plan and coordinate migration validation and learnings implementation
· Responsible for preparation of test cases for migrated data and support execution and defect solving
· Monitor validation cases documentation progress during auditor quality process
· Monitor and steer progress & report the milestones for the rollout company
· Preparation of management presentations, status reports and documentations
· Manage cross-functional topics and escalation issues
· Change and risk management
· Communication to project team and relevant stakeholders
· Resource management
· Document management
· Further development of DTSE project standards and tools
· Analysis of processes and identification of optimization opportunities regarding efficiency and quality
· Initiating the assessment of Proof Of Concept (POC). Works on evaluation and realisation of POC to ensure cost reduction and increase of efficiency in migration projects


The published salary is the minimum possible offer.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Education:
University degree of business administration, information systems , economy or similar studies
Experience:
· Minimum of 8 year experience in project management within an international company
· Solid experience in the design, standardization and implementation of processes and process improvements
· Proven knowledge in project management standards
· Experience with work in Agile environment , Scrum master or Product owner certificates - mandatory
· 4 + year experience as a data migration specialist in a complex ERP enviroment for Finance and Controlling - mandatory
· 2+ years experience of full life cycles of SAP data migrations on large projects (understanding of SAP data migration processes and challenges including preparation of plan, timing of data loads, identify dependencies, sequencing of tasks etc.) - Mandatory
· Knowledge of SAFe organization - certification
· 5 + years experience with SAP - mandatory
· Knowledge of SAP modules like (CO, HR, FI, AA, PM, SD) – based on area of expertise
· Experience in SAP consultancy and/ or in the finance/accounting / procurement area of an industrial company
· Familiar with 3rd party data migration solutions
· Familiar with SAP data migration technologies LSMW, BAPI
· Knowledge of customizing of SAP ERP systems
· Being able to support the creation of Solution Design documentation
· SAP solution manager user experience – preferably
· Excellent MS office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
