Service Delivery Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Ensure Service Delivery KPIs, SLAs and cost targets are met
- Support Lenovo consumer and commercial customers via our Service Partner Network
- Resolve customer escalations coming from sales or the customers. That includes root cause analysis and action-plan monitoring.
- Provide help to Lenovo AWSPs (authorized warranty service partner) in process related matters, ensure the partners are fully aware of the process guidelines to ensure the quality (KPI´s) of the work provided by partners.
- Supporting critical situation co-ordination within the region.
- Service processes improvement and standardization.
- Maintain partner meetings independently.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- 1-3 years of technical service/delivery/specialist experience in technology/software industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Service Delivery front- and back-end knowledge is nice to have.
- Experience co-operating with vendors/subcontractor/B2B customers
- Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated.
- Solid interpersonal skills to work across global teams to deliver results.
- Fluent in English, Dutch language skills good advantage.
- PC Technical know-how is good advantage.
